Time and care have been taken to put together a team made up of some of the very best people in the conveyancing arena. We are confident that each and every one of them will go above and beyond to deliver on our service level agreements.

Our conveyancing team is made up of qualified solicitors (with one to 24 years experience), chartered legal executives (with one to five years experience) and conveyancing executives who are not qualified.

The team is supervised by Sonia Bains, a solicitor, who has over 8 years experience working in residential conveyancing.

Louise oversees the smooth running of LPL, an award winning law firm. She is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation including:

Background
Louise is a highly motivated professional with over 25 years in the financial services sector encompassing a diverse range of products across the whole of market. Enjoyed working as a broker, packager and lender in both the prime and sub prime sectors. Experienced in all aspects of direct sales: operational, managerial, and the administration of financial services products from new business development and lead generation through to account management, compliance, investment, legal services, arrears and collection activity.

About Amy's role at LPL
Amy Is Head of HR and Compliance and joined the firm in 2020. Amy is a qualified solicitor with over 16 years’ experience in all areas of employment law, HR and compliance matters. Amy has worked both in house and in private practice, most recently for a boutique Legal500 commercial firm. Amy is an experienced advocate and has successfully conducted a number of high-profile employment tribunal claims and previously appeared in the Court of Appeal, representing a national transport provider.

Whilst she has extensive litigation experience, Amy particularly enjoys working with people and supporting and building good employment relationships. About Stephanie’s role at LPL
My role of Head of Training and Quality means overseeing the standard of work being carried out within the firm on a day-to-day basis alongside completing internal audits. In addition, I identify and ultimately fulfil any training requirements with our staff in order to reach their full development potential. I mentor staff with little or no history of fee earning and work with other more experienced staff to develop their existing skillset.  
Career Highlights
I have worked in the Conveyancing industry for 15 years, starting out as a legal assistant and qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer with the CLC in 2015. I studied via distance, learning in the evenings and weekends for four years alongside working full time. I joined LPL to take a step back from fee earning and to share my knowledge and experience with those who wish to develop their careers further, as I once did myself. I take great satisfaction in helping individuals achieve their goals within the workplace.  
Background
I have previously worked at a well-known and established volume conveyancing practice until March 2020 as an Associate of that firm. My role there involved managing and developing a team of 10 staff members whilst at the same time running a mixed caseload of complex transactions including acting for Limited Companies, Shared Ownership, New Build and Leasehold properties.

About Sonia’s role at LPL
I am a fully qualified Solicitor and a Conveyancing Team Manager. I advise clients on a wide range of property issues, manage the team’s case workload, help resolve client issues and assist with team training and development. I joined LPL in December 2020.  
Career Highlights
Qualified Solicitor. I sat my final Law Degree Exam two days after giving birth to my little one…and got a first! I was the highest fee earner in the whole of conveyancing for the year 2019 year accounts.  
Background
As a young single parent, working full time, developing a career in the legal industry since 2016 has been hard. However, I am highly self-motivated and have worked hard to progress to become a fully qualified solicitor. I worked at Gorvins for 4 and half years. Before this when I was pregnant used to have two jobs one in legal and one in retail. I am passionate about my job and know that conveyancing is the field for me to succeed and be my best. I enjoy charity work and every year my son and I get involved at Christmas; giving gifts to children in hospitals, feeding and providing wrapped xmas gifts to the homeless.

I am one of the founding members of LPL having been here since inception in 2017. I currently head up and operate under a separate division “LPL Direct” which deals exclusively with returning clients and their recommendations, as well as a select small network of local agents and mortgage advisors that recommend me to their clients.  
Career Highlights
I am an experienced fully qualified residential property solicitor with a solid local presence and knowledge. I have won the ESTAS Conveyancer of the Year award in 2019 and received a trophy from nation’s favourite estate agent Phil Spencer himself.  
Background
Having studied Law at University, and having developed a keen interest in the property market, I was drawn to the dynamic and rewarding career in conveyancing. I advise clients on all aspects and complexity levels of their residential transactions and provide a bespoke premium service which I take great pride in. Outside of work, I enjoy various sports, cooking, and travelling. I am also fluent in Russian.

I am a Senior Associate and Team Manager having been promoted from a Conveyancing Executive. I joined LPL in 2018 and manage my own caseload and a team. It is very important to me that my team and myself are focused on being organised and positive.

Level 3 qualification in Law at the University of Salford.  
Background
I worked at a local law firm for a few years as a conveyancing assistant and decided to pursue law at university. I wanted the hands-on experience to eventually become a fee earner and LPL have guided me along this path to get where I want to be. I have a built a fulfilling career here at LPL and with several years of Conveyancing experience, I cannot wait take my career further. I specialise in dealing in many different case types, including freehold, leasehold, auction and company matters.

About Charley’s role at LPL
I am currently a Conveyancing Executive and Team Manager at LPL. As a Fee Earner, my role is to work with the team to provide high-quality legal and customer service to clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties from start to finish. I also co-manage a conveyancing team, ensuring that deadlines are met and assist with the training and development of the team.

Background
In my free time I love everything football! I play football in both a Saturday team and Powerleague Sunday team. I’m a season ticket holder and huge fan of Manchester City.

I joined LPL in 2022 as a Re-mortgage Conveyancing Executive and was promoted to Remortgage Team Manager in December 2023. I am confident in my ability to work calmly and efficiently in a volume environment, whilst always providing excellent customer service. As a Remortgage Team Manager, my role focuses on managing the team, and liaising with clients, agents and brokers to facilitate the smooth, efficient conclusion of re-mortgage transactions. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of a caseload including the resolution of re-mortgage issues. I strive to meet and exceed the agreed minimum expectations.

Public Services Foundation Degree.  
Background
Joined a law firm in 2016 as a Fee Earners Assistant and over the course of the next 5 years, I was promoted to a conveyancing executive dealing with all types of re-mortgage transactions including transfers of equity, limited company transactions and staircasing transactions. In my spare time, I am a big football and sports fan, watching and playing various sports. I manage a Sunday league football team, completed a marathon, and watched the F1 in Barcelona.
