LPL gives customers choice on frequency of contact

Customers of new conveyancer LPL will be able to select how often they wish to be updated on the progress of their property transaction.

LPL customers will have the choice of contact every three, five or seven days.

Buying or selling a property is one of the most stressful things any of us do. A study last year by Which Mortgage Advisers* found that seven in ten of us find a property transaction nerve-wracking, behind only divorce. A big reason for that stress is communication; buyers and sellers often spend hours at a time trying to get into contact with their conveyancer to find out what is happening with the move.

Fiaz Khalid from LPL said: “We know that buying and selling a property, whether it’s as an owner occupier or as an investment, is one of the most stressful things you can do, and often that is down to poor communication. We want to change all that, and give the customer the power to choose just how regularly they want contact from their conveyancers. It means they will be kept completely up to date, on a schedule of their own choosing, and ensure that the property transaction is a lot less stressful.”

LPL launches in August. For updates on the firm’s launch, please email info@lpropertylawyers.co.uk or call our new business team on 0333 305 5249.
