LPL’s case management software Hoowla has successfully integrated Armalytix

LPL are committed to leading the conveyancing industry by utilising new technology, making buying or selling a home a fast and stress-free experience both for clients and conveyancing teams.  LPL takes a fresh approach to conveyancing by delivering an unbeatable digital service.

Louise Stephens-Pantoja, Head of Operations at LPL, said:

“With a solid foundation of experienced conveyancers, the LPL online conveyancing service continually seeks to integrate and benefit from technological innovation to ensure our conveyancing process is as fast, streamlined, secure, compliant and client-centric as possible. The integration of Armalytix is a key step in our bold growth strategy.”

What is Armalytix?

Armalytix is a data intelligence firm that has provided our new solution for financial crime and social responsibility checks. Armalytix has now been seamlessly integrated into our existing digital workflows to perform routine checks that include source of funds, proof of deposit and more.

For legal and property firms such as LPL, financial crime and social responsibility regulations require us to perform checks on property transactions.

Armalytix gives us faster and better data, answers and evidence we need in moments with bank information, questionnaires, fact finds and analysis.

How does this integration benefit our clients?

  • Helps us to conduct faster and more effective checks which speed up the conveyancing journey – Saving approximately 30% of our time on the previous system.
  • A more simplified process and digital journey for our clients and conveyancing team.
  • Ensures we minimise regulatory risk whilst fulfilling our legal and compliance obligations.
  • Saves us time and money which means we can pass on the cost saving to our clients.
  • It removes the need to leave our Hoowla dashboard and eliminates unnecessary copy and pasting of links and information.
  • Maximum safety and security for LPL and our clients.

Hoowla and Armalytix integration is already showing client benefits.

Louise Stephens-Pantoja, Head of Operations at LPL, said:

“The integration between Hoowla and Armalytix has been key in improving our client journey, making the collection of source of funds evidence simpler and more efficient. For our team, it delivers significant time savings, presenting results and analysis in a uniform format which is easy to read and consider.”

How does it work?

Once a request is sent by LPL using the new system, our client will receive a request email with a call-to-action button. Upon their completion and within minutes, Armalytix will send us the client’s financial information in an easy-to-read format.

Is it secure?

Fully branded emails give security and confidence to our clients that they won’t be handing over sensitive information to an unknown party. All information and emails are safely stored in our Hoowla account.
