My role of Head of Training and Quality means overseeing the standard of work being carried out within the firm on a day-to-day basis alongside completing internal audits. In addition, I identify and ultimately fulfil any training requirements with our staff in order to reach their full development potential. I mentor staff with little or no history of fee earning and work with other more experienced staff to develop their existing skillset.Career Highlights
I have worked in the Conveyancing industry for 15 years, starting out as a legal assistant and qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer with the CLC in 2015. I studied via distance, learning in the evenings and weekends for four years alongside working full time. I joined LPL to take a step back from fee earning and to share my knowledge and experience with those who wish to develop their careers further, as I once did myself. As a young single parent, working full time, developing a career in the legal industry since 2016 has been hard. However, I am highly self-motivated and have worked hard to progress to become a fully qualified solicitor. I worked at Gorvins for 4 and half years. Before this when I was pregnant used to have two jobs one in legal and one in retail. I am passionate about my job and know that conveyancing is the field for me to succeed and be my best.
